- 3 slices pumpkin.
- 1 carrot.
- 2 mid onions.
- 1 sweet potato.
- 1 sweet turnip (if you like).
- One cup (orange) lentils.
- Big tbs. sour cream, or Philadelphia.
- Olive oil.
Heat the olive oil in the saucepan, sauté the onions till golden, after peeling the vegetables chop to middle cubes, and add the whole to the onions. Wash the lentils and add them next. Put boiled water to cover well the mix, salt, and let them boil until well cooked.
Use a mixer to mix directly in the saucepan until you obtain a creamy mixture. Add the big spoon of sour cream, or a mild cheese like Philadelphia, or Kiri, and blend.
Propose the pumpkin soup with bread, kids just love dipping their bread and it gives satiety to their stomach, specially on cold nights.
Bon appetit 🤗😘😘
