ingredients:
- 500g of fresh mushroom.
- 2 small potatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 1 mug of milk.
- 20cl fresh cream.
- 2tbs. butter.
- 3tbs. olive oil.
Fry the onion slices in the butter and oil. Then add the sliced mashroom on high fire until the mashroom water evaporates. Cut the potatoes into chips to cook quickly. And cover with 1l of water to boil. When the potatoes are cooked mix with the mixer till its creamy. Then add the milk and the cream, salt and pepper (if you like), and boil 5 minutes.
tips:
- To thicken your soup add potatoes and not wheat or maïzena, it gives more unctuosity.
- olive oil enhances the taste of food.
